Polat Construction started the project of Polat Tower Residence that has 396 studio apartments, located on Besiktas, Ihlamur.

There are apartments designed as studio apartments of 71 m² and 81 m², which are planned with a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, and they are sold furnished with a price of USD 150.000

The project proves its superiority with a covered swimming pool, a fitness center, a cage-bar, a drugstore, a squash court, a massage section, a sauna, a vitamin bar, a covered parking lot, a basketball court and a children’s playground. Especially the business world shows interest in the studio apartments, which took the ones in America, especially the ones in New York as its model. The 33 storied building’s half of the 396 studio apartments are sold out before the construction is completed.
