Polat Tower Residence in Ihlamur is the highest resident development of Europe with the height of 150 meters.

A new one is added to Istanbul’s smart buildings. Polat Tower Residence is constructed in Ihlamur by Polat Construction. This 42 storied tower has 33 resident stories and 400 apartments. Although the construction is not completed yet, 200 apartments are already sold out. The apartments of 71 sq2 and 81 sq2 are on sale with the opportunity of merging one or more of them. Polat Tower has a parking lot of 650 vehicles, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and 2 cinema saloons with the capacity of 80 people.

The apartments are prized USD 160.000 to USD 280.000 and with different installment options up to 40 months. Polat Tower is controlled with smart building automation system, and the natural gas consumption is reduced on the areas that are exposed to sunlight and warmed up. The heat of the shady background sections is automatically increased. When the resident enters the parking lot, the door identifies the driver by a chip that is located at the bottom of the car, and opens without any process. Polat Tower Residence is preferred by single people or recently married couples and foreign businessmen who spend a part of the year in Turkey. The tower is planned to be fully in service on September, 2001.

Besides a market, a dry cleaner and a tailor, Polat Tower Residence also includes a systematic cleanness and technical service.
